The MESS is the Mental, Emotional, Subconscious, and Spiritual blocks
preventing you from achieving your goal of losing weight.
The MESS includes negative thoughts and beliefs such as: I can’t lose weight, it is impossible for me to lose weight, it is hard to lose weight, I am fat, I am ugly, and much more.
The MESS includes food cravings and not being able to stop thinking about food.
The MESS also includes thoughts and fears that you are not aware of such as:
I fear getting too much attention, so I block my weight loss.
I feel safe being overweight.
I will get sick if I lose too much weight.
And much more.
You need to know that you struggle because YOU block your weight loss.
Your negative thoughts and beliefs block your weight loss.
What you believe about your weight, weight loss, diets and the way you look blocks your weight loss.
What you need to do is identify the MESS in your mind and body
and get rid of the MESS,
or at least reduce the MESS.
